ROI vs. COI Part 2

We all get paid for performance, including yours truly. We have to add value before we can create opportunity. I don’t sell a product you can hold; I deliver appearance, credibility, excitement, first impressions, perception, and even validation, and the ROI is significant. Every one of these elements creates opportunities. The COI (cost of inaction) can be shockingly immeasurable. Imagine being perfectly positioned for more business, more clients, and more income by taking action and not waiting.

There are layers to what I do, who benefits, and by how much.

Layer one: My client.
We connect, usually through referral, and I quickly understand their business and audience. I identify the gap between how they present themselves and who they truly are. I close that gap, positioning them for growth, opportunity, and success.

Layer two: Their audience.
This is where the deliverables mentioned at the top of this email shine. Their customers see the difference, feel the excitement, and act on it. That’s where performance meets opportunity.

Layer three: Investors.
This is where ROI turns exponential. Every client I work with experiences a remarkable brand elevation. Most notably, a client sold a 60% stake in their business for $267 million. Over a decade, they paid me well into seven figures. Their investment in me represented less than 1% of what they realized. That’s a very, very fruitful ROI.

Now, here’s my offer:
Book an hour with me. Let’s position you for a standout 2026. We’ll review your brand, website, marketing tactics, and even a new business idea if you have one. The hour is yours to discuss anything you like.

Does your brand truly reflect who you are?
Does it attract the right people or turn them away?
Does it attract the wrong people, wasting your time?

Let’s fix that.
